The Certified Residential Specialist® (CRS) designation puts me in the top 3% of REALTORS® nationwide — which on a practical level means more transactions completed, deeper training, and a higher standard for what pricing strategy should look like.
What I love about Kauaʻi's market is that it's unlike anywhere else. Leaseholds, conservation zoning, HARPTA withholding, vacation rental permits, cesspool regulations — buyers and sellers here run into things that don't exist on the mainland. I spend my days in this data and on this island so you don't have to navigate it alone.
